Live Social Ref CAP Workshop for a Soccer Referee Association
Have a large enough program where you need help “training the trainers?” Have a large group of student refs and umps every year like in an intramural department? We can come teach the Social Ref Program to your sports league or College IM Dept.
We specialze in 2 Kinds of Communication Workshops:
1) CAP Workshop - We can teach groups of 20 - 300 referees and umpires about the basics of CAP, conflict, and defusing tough situations with players, parents, and coaches. Live CAP workshops are ideal for new groups of referees and umpires, or a yearly conference for a Referee or Umpire association.
